- 2cups Cream,
- 1 Lemon's lemon juice,
- 1 Lemon's zest.
- Mixing bowl,
- Zester,
- Balloon whisk.
- Add the required amount of cream into the mixing bowl,
- Zest the skin of the lemon and add to the cream,
- Cut the lemon in half,
- Squeeze the juice out of each half into the cream and lemon zest,
- Whisk until stiff,
- Use as desired.
