Savoury Flan Pastry (7 September 2011)
Ingredients needed:
250g Flour,
10g Sugar,
5g Salt,
40ml Water,
125g Butter,
1 Egg.
Equipment used:
Mixing bowl.
Method for recipe:
Crumb the dry ingredients together.
Add the rest of the ingredients to gently form a dough.
Cling wrap and refrigerate for 7 hours or until hard.
